• Raw material :- To provide the best quality of product to our customers, we use raw material from mineral rich belts of Rajasthan and Gujarat.
• Crushing and mixing :- Jaw crusher, Disintegrators, hammer mills and pulverisers are used to take care of angular and microfine grinding in the grinding section. Further, molders and high power magnetic separator wheels ensure best quality of material ready for pressing.
• Pressing :- Screw Frictional Presses of various capacities facilitate production of semi-final product. Beside screw press, Hydraulic press, Hand molding and pneumatic ramming are further engaged into production process.
• Firing :- Our semi-final products are then ventured into high temperature tunnel kilns to materialize the ready-to-use final product for the market
